2011 Maple Season
We had a great year in 2011! There wasn't a January thaw this year and that clearly improved the flow of sap for the season. We collected almost 400,000 gallons of sap! We had lots of visitors during the season stop by and check out the new sugarhouse!
Each jar represents a full barrel of syrup. There were almost 200 barrels this season.
